Strong technical experience in PHP, MySQL, Jquery, Java script, HTML5

Have knowledge of creating CMS (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento or Os Commerce) theme from the scratch
Expert at one the Frameworks (Yii, Smarty, Cake, and Code Igniter)
Requirements
Have knowledge of creating CMS (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Dolphin, Magento or Os Commerce) theme from the scratch.
Experience in making/customize existing CMS module/extensions.
Write quality source code to be delivered on time, which meets standards
