Sizes of Plots:
Plots in the community are available in 3 sizes i.e. 358sq.yds. 502sq.yds. and 1004sq.yds.
Price:
Basic Sale Price (BSP): Rs. 12500/- per sq. yd.
Preferential Location Charges (PLC): 5% of BSP for each PLC
External Development Charges (EDC): Rs. 1750 per sq. yd.
Interest Free Maintenance Deposit: Rs. 100/- per sq. yds.
Club Membership Registration Charges (Mandatory): Rs. 60, 000/-
PLC- Park facing/adjacent/rear to plot, Corner plot, plot facing or rear to road of 18 meter or more.
The Company would pay to the Allot tee(s) Rs.50/- per sq. yard per month of Area of the plot for any delay in offering possession of the plot beyond the period of 36 months from the date of execution of the agreement to sell. Similarly, the allot tee(s) would also be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs. 50/- per sq. yard per month of Area of the Plot if the allot tee(s) fails to take possession of the plot within 21 days from the date of issuance of possession letter or fails to clear his final dues within 30 days of issuance of final notice of possession.
