(A) Job Responsibility & Profile of (Jr.BDM)
Qualification- MBA
1. Set the targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually.
2. Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams.
3. Revenue generation
4. Making sales calls
5. Preparing client proposals, presentations
6. Planning weekly sales cycle and scheduling client meetings accordingly.
7. Generating ideas for clients based on the brand requirement
8. Gathering Market Information
9. Preparing client and market mapping reports for his area / industry
10. Reporting on client spends at a brand level
11. Generating ideas for clients based on the brand requirement
12. Conducting competition tracking and monitoring on a daily basis.
13. Media Tracking to generate prospects.
14. Preparing sales and sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc.
15. Planning budget revenue generation for the week and month.
16. Providing written brief to programming for the spot / commercial based on inputs from client / agency.
17. Ensuring that spots are scheduled correctly.
18. Contributing to sales strategy and generating ideas for revenue maximization.
19. Developing and selling specials and events.
20. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and agencies in the portfolio.
21. Following up and ensuring that monies are collected on time including sending appropriate reminders to clients and agencies for payment.
